We will examine your needs and objectives resulting in a cost-effective solution to your requirements.

Site Selection and Build-To-Suit
In this step, we will pinpoint your ideal geographical location based on your wants and needs. Taking all of your discovery objectives, we will develop an optimal build-to-suit space.
Lease/Opening Date

We’ll review all terms of your lease such as rental rate, length of lease, and first-year lease incentives. Once we agree upon the terms, it’s time to move in. After move in, you’ll be in good hands with our in-house property management team. We’ll make sure any problems that arise are resolved in a timely fashion.
